Waterloo Gold and London Green Tie
London Green hosted Waterloo Gold on Sunday afternoon. The teams played to a 2-2 tie on the small Argyle arena ice. Hemmerich and Hayes scored Waterloo's goals. Hemmerich was named player of the game. Despite earning only one point this weekend Waterloo Gold remains in first place in the AA division with a 16-2-5 record.
Waterloo will be back at the Argyle arena on Saturday evening to face the London Bandits, currently the last place team in the division. This will be last league game until January 9. But we can look forward to seeing Waterloo Gold in the Stratford Silver Stick tournament December 28-30.
