Practice Tips - Passing and stickhandling
It seems easy, but I have to admit I don't see many players (at any age) accept a pass as they should, or stick handle like the pros!
In this video, listen (there should be very little sound when the puck hits your stick) and learn.
For passing, "cup" your stick to make sure the puck doesn't bounce off!

Stickhandling to me is one of the tougher skills to learn, especially when you are moving at speed with your head up.
Start off slow to learn the motion.
