Ice Wolves vs Hamilton Spitfires
The Ice Wolves would play the Hamilton Spitfires at home, their first game since the tournament. The team would come out flying from the drop of the puck.
Sam V opened the scoring coming in over the blueline firing a shot past the Hamilton goalie. Simon D with the assist on the play.
Shortly after the Ice Wolves with hard work on the boards would gain control to pass the puck out front the net. Jack E would get a shot away followed by Cooper S burying the puck in the net. Jack E would collect the assist.
The spitfires would come alive in the second. After going down 2-0 Hamilton would take advantage of some lucky bounces to tie the game at 2. They wouldn't look back adding 3 more to take the game 5-2.
