Minor Atom Select Wolves break scoring drought
The Waterloo Minor Atom Select Wolves lost 4-1 to the Cambridge Raiders at Teen Ranch in Caledon on Sunday, their second matchup of the season.

Despite being down five players for the game, Waterloo played a strong 30 minutes. But after a scoreless first period, Georgetown took charge, scoring three goals in the second. The action continued in the third period, when Waterloo’s game MVP Johnathon Mayer broke the Wolves' two-game scoring drought, popping a beautiful backhander into the Georgetown net. The Raiders sealed their win with another goal in the dying seconds of the game.
