IP/6 Evaluation Times
Hello everyone, the times for evaluations have now been posted on the website for the weekend of Oct 1st-3rd.
As you can see, due to numbers we will only be having two teams this year. Ice times have been confirmed now as being Friday nights and Sunday mornings. The full schedule with ice times (including the skills sessions and power skating days) will be uploaded on the website in the next few days.
I will be at all 4 ice times on the first weekend to evaluate the players and place them on to the appropriate team. I have received a lot of emails with parents requesting their child be placed with another child. I will try to accomodate all of these requests, however in some cases for this to work it may effect one child playing in the higher group in order to accomodate the request.
I will be at the arena handing out jerseys and socks on the first weekend before the players go on the ice. Also I am still loooking for some more parent volunteers to help out on the ice this season. Just as a reminder, anyone helping out on the ice is required to complete the mandatory training that can be found on the WMHA website. We will also need one designated trainer for each team, so if you are interested in that role please reach out to me as well.
