Draft Day
Teams are to be made Tuesday Sept 26
Hello All,
We will be drafting the teams on Tuesday night (tomorrow).
Our Bantam Draft is a cooperative effort among the coaches.
Based on our knowledge of the players we work together as a group to make the most even teams possible.
This is one of the things that has really worked well for our league over the years. We have somehow managed to keep the leagues teams competitive. I.e. each team thought they had a chance to win every game they played.
To this end, we coaches use our next eval. ice time to play scrimmage games with the teams we have drafted.
We are looking for any glaring errors to fairness our draft process may have created. Experience tells us this can happen.
There is a chance that some players will have to be shuffled around after our next ice time. We hope not, but is has happened.
Stay tuned to this web site Wednesday or Thursday to find out which team your player is on and what your ice time will be on Friday.
All ice times will be at AMCW
