Congratulations
to Team Waterloo Orange, who won the 2018 Neil Barker Tournament in
London this past weekend, defeating London Oakridge 3-2 to bring home the
hardware.
In the finals, Team Orange had to come back from a 0-2 deficit midway through the second period. They won several close and competitive games along route to the championship, and did so by solid team play, hard work, and stellar goal tending.
Another special highlight of the weekend was Team Orange's Nate Gawthorn being named the tournament MVP!
The coaches and parents were very proud of how the boys came together and played the best hockey they have played all season.
