Bears Lose Final Game of the Season
Unfortunately, the Bears were unable to crack the Kitchener Mighty Ducks stifling defense in the third and final meeting of the season.

The boys got off to a very slow start, which also included a very slow moving puck, which didn't help matters.  The Ducks got off to a quick lead in the first period and the Bears just couldn't recover.

However, there's always a bright side to every game.  After settling down, the Bears played close to shutout hockey for the remaining two periods.  The defense started clearing out the rebounds and covering up their man in front of the net.

Regardless of the score, the boys worked their tails off the entire game and never gave up.  The coaching staff would like to recognize Ethan Sauve, Isaac Cruickshank, Evan Muncan and Zachary Gillison for their outstanding efforts all game.

Although the Ducks scored a lot of goals, it could have been much worse.  Sam Ferguson did an amazing job in net making save after save.  This included a spectacular glove save in the 2nd period.

The Super Wolf is Sam Ferguson!
