Neil Barker House League Tournament (Jan 18-20th)
Six of our house league teams, including Schlueter Chevrolet, Allstate, JDI Cleaning, Skills Plus, Lowe's and Schlueter Hyundai participated in this tournament the weekend of Jan. 18th.
The Skills Plus team won the tournament championship, going a perfect 5 wins in a row and finishing top of their group of 10 teams. They received a bye to the semi-finals, where they met the Waterloo JDI Cleaning team. They played the Oakville Black Aces in the final.
In the other Minor Peewee group of 10, the championship final involved the our Allstate team versus our Schlueter Hyundai team. Schlueter Hyundai won the final.
Overall, 3 out of 4 teams in the 2 finals matches of a very deep pool of 20 Minor Peewee teams were represented by Waterloo Minor Peewee Recreation. This is a tremendous accomplishment and fantastic representation of the talented players in our league. Congratulations!
