THANKSGIVING BATTLE
This past Sunday our Novice Select Wolves played their first exhibition game of the season vs the Ayr Flames.
It was an exciting game for our team as well as our fans. After only one practice together our boys played as a unit and in spite of losing 6-1 to a much more seasoned team our spirit and fight never wavered. The contagiously positive attitude on the bench was evident to those in the stands as well as the opposing team. It was a proud moment for all.
The coaches and staff unanimously chose our two goalies as the first recipients of our hardhat players of the game. (Later to be introduced) Lukas and Jack both stood on their heads and made it easy for all players to remain confident playing their positions.
We are excited to watch this team grow together and to be able to soon witness the inevitable positive results to follow.
Boys, keep making us proud!!!!!
