Final Roster
With the WMHA decision to go from two select teams to one this year, the challenge to find the right mix of players and talent was overwhelming. We brought in last years non-parent coaches and outside non-parent evaluators to add an objective opinion to help the coaches choose the best team to represent Waterloo Major Bantam Select.
Congratulations to each of you.
With an abundance of talent at tryouts the coaching staff asked the question "how many players can we roster?" WMHA rules state we can only have 17 on the roster. However, with an obvious commitment to be apart of the team we would like to invite the 6 additional players from the last tryout to join the team as Alternate Players. Alternate players will have a commitment to be at practice and learn the team strategy and systems on and off the ice. There will be lots of ice time, team development and bonding as an entire team of great athletes.
