Wolves Win at Home vs Brantford 99ers
Waterloo Wolves Minor Bantam MD White took on the Brantford 99ers Sunday evening and secured another home victory, extending their regular season record to 4-0.

Fresh off a practice from Saturday evening, and a team building event from earlier that day, Waterloo took the ice hoping to extend their win streak. The team had been working on some quick, accurate passes and shots from the defence which was evident in the shots taken by our players. What was equally impressive to see was the number of different players who contributed to making plays happen. #55, Wolfe made a direct pass to #2 Hancock resulting in a sweet goal over the glove of the Brantford goalie. Hancock not only made magic with his goals but played a very unselfish game of hockey with assists on the third and fourth goals of the evening. Setting up Miller for the third goal of the game was also #77, O McLeod who defended our zone beautifully to then pass the puck around for a solid shot on net. #3, Miller was ever persistent in front of the net, snatching up the lose puck and outmaneuvering the 99ers defence many times. The Wolves took their time when making decisions, in Sunday's game, and it payed off on more then once occasion. Jespersen, #14, took a long look and then made a long pass by lifting the puck over the Brantford players; the pass reaching the blade of #66, Anderson's stick perfectly for him to finish it off with precision. Starting off the third period, #7 Williams found the net in his true style of quick off the puck drop.  A lone goal just 15 seconds into the period. Dierickse #22 and Dupuis-Bassionnette, #44 complimented each other with some quick moves and great positioning to put in the final goal of the night to round out the score of 6-0 in favour of the Wolves. Great job gentlemen on a game well played! Rest up and heal players to prepare for another busy week of practice and games.
