2019 Flamborough Fall Classic Champs
After a rough start to the tournament on Friday September 6 the Wolves were able to rally the rest of the way.
After a difficult loss in game 1 on Friday to the Clarington Toros the boys had another hard fought loss to the Flamborough/Dundas Sabres.
Saturday the Wolves came out as a hungry pack and out scored the opposition 14-0 in 2 games. With Jack and Drew both earning shut outs against Burlington Eagles (Gold) and Windsor Junior Spitfires.
Sundays saw a semi final rematch with Clarington Toros. After disposing of Clarington, it was another rematch with the Championship on the line against Flamborough/Dundas Sabres, with the Wolves prevailing in overtime on a point shot by Jude.
Congrats to Wolves on winning the Gold Medal in the 1st Annual Flamborough Fall Classic
