Wolves support #ToastyToes2018

ToastyToes collects NEW, WARM socks for those experiencing- or at risk of experiencing - homelessness in Waterloo Region. Socks are the most requested and least donated item at shelters. Wet or worn out socks can lead to many foot-related health issues.

Last year 32,400 pairs were collected. Since 2013, the organization has collected 46,282 pairs. The Wolves have decided to join and help with the 2018 campaign and hope we can count on you for help.

Until November 9, we are collecting socks (and/or cash donations) toward this great cause. We will gratefully accept donations at any of our home games and practices. If you need a pick up, please let us know and we will happily come to you.

On November 10, we will drop them off with ToastyToes and hopefully help contribute to the biggest drive they've had to date.

We have challenged the Kitchener Rangers and Cambridge Hawks Minor Midget AA teams to see who can collect the most pairs of socks. It's a great way for all of us to come together and help our communities.
