The Waterloo Wolves to Team up with Depth Training
We are happy to announce that the Minor Atom AAA players will be participating in 8 off-ice training sessions over the course of the season (see Team Calendar).

"After our initial session with Depth Training, where the the boys responded by focusing and working very hard, (all while having fun as a team), it just made sense. They are working on elements of their endurance and agility that will help them during this and future hockey seasons to come." Coach Scott

“Depth Training is excited to get to work in the gym with the Waterloo Wolves Minor Atom AAA team to develop a stronger foundation of athleticism and fitness to help them compete on the ice this season." Justin Brooks

The training will help these young athletes build the fundamentals of strength, speed and power so they can become better athletes in all sports and get more from their sport specific practice. These sessions will focus on balance, co-ordination, body weight strength and various locomotive skills such as jumps, sprints, skips, shuffles, change of direction and transitional movements all while emphasizing baseline fitness needs.

We are looking forward to working with this group to get stronger, faster and be able to compete harder in the 3rd periods this season! “
