MINOR MIDGETS HELP OUT HOCKEY HELPS THE HOMELESS EVENT
Hockey Helps the Homeless would like to thank Shawn Dietrich and the Minor Midget Program for allowing us to use their team’s dressing room at RIM
for our event last Friday. You and your team were
part of our success and I wanted you to know that we raised $210,000 via this
year’s event. I told you on Thursday evening that the pro attached to the
Hockey Tech team assigned to your room was Georges Laraque and I promised you a
picture.....I have attached that picture. Georges loved your room and the
tradition within it. He wanted to wear one of your sweaters for the picture but
we didn’t have one to use so the next best thing was to pose as he did using
one of your other symbolic traditions....
