PHASE 2 - PAYMENT INFORMATION
Submitted By Tracey Williams on Tuesday, February 16, 2021
Please find below information regarding registration payments for Phase 2 of the  2020-21 WMHA season.

Phase 2 will run from (approx.) February 18th to April 18th , 2021.

The WMHA will once again be using PlayPay to collect our registration payments for
Phase 2.

PlayPay will open for Phase 2 payments Wednesday, Feb. 17th, 2021 at 9:00am.

Please see FAQ's (to be posted to the website shortly), with detailed information on how to process your payment, via PlayPay (www.playpay.ca).

Here are the Phase 2 fees:

Houseleague:    $200.00

Rep: $310.00

We will be accepting payments in installments ONLY, due to the uncertainty of the

ever-changing Public Health situation.

The first installment will cover the first 2 weeks of programming, the 2nd installment will cover the next 2 weeks and the 3rd installment will cover the final 4 weeks.

The fees will be assessed in 3 installments – amount and due dates are below:

                                    HL                                                        REP

  1.     $25.00   due Feb 20th                        $55.00 due Feb 20th
  2.     $75.00   due March 2nd                      $100.00 due March 2nd
  3.    3rdinstallment due March 20th *        3rd installment due March 20th

Please note: We cannot accept full payment prior to the deadline (for example, you cannot pay the full $100 for HL starting tomorrow – the installments are a requirement).

There will not be an additional REP FEE for rep players, on top of this registration fee.

If you have a credit on your PlayPay account, due to an overpayment of Phase 1, we will use this towards your Phase 2 registration fee. If additional funds are owing, we will let you know via email.

As a reminder, you DO NOT have to register for Phase 2 if you were registered for Phase 1.

If you were NOT registered for Phase 1 and wish to play in Phase 2, please contact the
Hockey Office at [email protected] for next steps.
